They can be easily installed and allow a lifetime increase of your tubes up to 25%. They are adapted for tubes from 4 to 22W for a use in serie at 230V. You can use them for ambient temperature from -20 to +80 degree Celsius. Application Sarters are used when your installation is done with conventional ballast. If you have an electronic ballast, so you won’t need a starter.
