Gerber Gear Downwind Ulu with Sheath, Black, (31-003935)

There is a lot to learn from the past, but some things are better today. The Downwind series is Gerber's nod to the aesthetics of the past, married to the materials of modern life. Layered G-10 scales provide a grip that increases when wet while offering a traditional look. Subtle notches in the spine and positive control shocks throughout the ergonomics of the hand allow users to maintain some control over the knife. High grinding is excellent for delivering clean slices. The Downwind series is housed in waxed canvas covers, paying tribute to the tools of our ancestors.
