Moist heat is great for getting deeper into muscles and providing relief. Silica beads draw moisture from the air and provide a more consistent heating temperature unlike clay and flax seed. This even heating makes the silica less likely to dangerously overheat. The hook closure works to keep the wrap tight to the body and prevent falling off for a customized secure fit. DIRECTIONS: Place product in microwave being careful to lay it as flat as possible. This will help with even heating. Heat for 1 minute then shake to distribute the heated silica beads and test for warmth. If more heat is desired, return the product to the microwave and heat in 30 sec intervals. Do not exceed a total of 2 minutes maximum heating time. Be sure to shake and test product for warmth after each heating interval.
