Asmodee Fields of Arle

Welcome to Arle In Fields of Arle, created by Uwe Rosenberg, one or two players live as farmers in the small and quiet town of Arle in East Friesland. Flax grown in the grounds surrounding the village makes it a profitable place to work and live. Fields of Arle takes players through four and a half years of this era of prosperity, with different opportunities available as the seasons change. Cultivate the land to capitalize on the demand for linen or find other ways to make the most of the small town's prosperity. Work the Land Whether you deepen flax cultivation or take advantage of other areas of expertise, always make sure you have the land to build your village. Build dams to keep waters at bay and expand your fields. Dry the peat bogs to harvest peat and then clear the soil for cultivation. Create multiple fields for your livestock, buildings or future crops, then you can decide whether to host animals or grow a forest for timber. Maybe you'd like to undertake some flax growing for yourself, or diversify and try a little bit of everything. Tools of the Craft At the beginning of each semester, you will choose how you would like to spend that time working. There are many ways to build your luck. Use the Master space to increase the tools at your disposal, focus on the Cattle Trainer to make the most of your livestock or build your fleet of vehicles and ship goods. Taking stock of your progress varies depending on the season. You can milk your existing livestock or take care of a group of newborn animals. You could collect your linen in autumn and spread your sheep in spring. At the end of each semester, you will need to take stock of your progress by unloading your vehicles and feeding your family and animals, so keep an eye on the season and do your best to grow the farm and everyone well fed.
