Die-cast aluminium grill scraper with stainless steel blade, measuring 40cm in length. Ergonomically designed for safe use. Grip the handle with both hands and push downwards to exert pressure on the blade and scrape fry-tops clean more easily. Ideal for scraping food residues off professional fry-tops made of steel, carbon steel or ceramic glass, used in fast food kitchens and specialist restaurants for grilling meat, vegetables, fish and flatbreads. The grip is suitable for both right- and left-handers. Replacement blades are available.
