The insert is a fine stainless steel mesh basket, approx. 7 x 5 x 5 cm, with a rim that rests in the teapot opening. The leaves stay inside the basket while the tea flows freely through the fine mesh.

When the tea has brewed to your taste, simply lift the basket out to stop it getting too strong. It suits loose black tea, green tea and herbal blends. Check that the rim fits your teapot opening before use.

Rinse the mesh after use and let it dry fully before storing. You receive 1 mesh insert, supplied on a card with usage diagrams that show how to place it.
