FITTO Egg Separator - Coated Wire Handle, Brown, 17 x 5 cm

The rounded stainless steel cup holds the yolk while the white slips through the slots around it into the bowl below. A coated wire handle in brown keeps your fingers away from the egg, and a small hook on the rim lets the separator rest on the edge of a bowl.

Use it when baking sponge cakes, meringues and macarons, or for custards, mayonnaise and egg-white omelettes. At approx. 17 x 5 cm, it fits neatly in any utensil drawer.
