Material: Brass Pressure Range: 630 PSI Step 1: Deflate a spare/extra tire to your preferred deflation pressure with a professional pressure gauge. Step 2: With the lock ring and adjusting cap wound down, screw your air tire deflator onto the valve stem all the way in tightly, otherwise deflation will be slow or stop at unexpected pressure PSI. Step 3: Loosen cap (counterclockwiseuntil deflator pops open, then immediately tighten the cap to the position where the air stops exhausting. Step 4: Turn lock ring up to adjust cap and tighten. Step 5: Installation is now complete and set to your preferred deflation pressure. Important Note: 1. Fully adjustable range is from 6~30 PSI. Airing down a tire from pressure 28 to 0 PSI takes around 4 minutes as our test. 2. Adjust the cap by screw it in clockwise to increase pressure, screw it out counterclockwise to decrease pressure. It only takes a very small amount of rotation to adjust the valve, 1/16th to 1/8th of a turn to adjust 1 psi. 3. Once you have all four adjusted, carefully tighten the lock ring with two pair of pliers being careful not to rotate the cap. 4. Adjustments to your deflators can be made at the rate of 3 psi per half turn of the adjusting cap. 5. When the tire pressure and the deflator setting is within 8 psi, a manual start may be required by fitting the deflator then lifting the center pin to start operation. 6. Keep deflators clean and try. Do not interchange components.
