How To Use:

Use twice a day on the most stressed areas with a gentle massage until completely absorbed. Preferably apply to clean, dry skin.

Hips: Apply twice daily and massage in with the heel of the hand in a circular motion until fully absorbed.

Abdomen: Apply twice daily in a clockwise circular motion until fully absorbed.
