Same as the Step one as you do IV. 2. Put the clamp onto 2 end of the pile, JUST PUT ON, DONT LOCK THEM. 3. Inject the simulated blood by prepared syringe from one end to another end slowly, slowly, slowly. While we see the pile is filled, lock the clamp. 4.
