This pH balancing toner combines hydroxy acids with botanical extracts of witch hazel, rosemary, aloe, and chamomile to soften, soothe, and tone skin. Fruit blend is comprised of glycolic acid, citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, and lactic acid, this blend works along with botanical extracts to soften, soothe, and tone the skin. Cell turnover is a naturally occurring process in which the body sheds dead skin cells to create space for fresh, healthy cells. As the body ages, this process slows and dead cells accumulate, leading to an impaired barrier function and increased visible signs of aging such as fine lines or wrinkles. Mixed hydroxy acids, with AHA to slough off dead skin cells and impurities on the skin surface, BHA to remove impurities and sebum inside pores, and PHA to prevent moisture loss in the skin.  It also helps to reduce excessive sebum production.
