PRIMARY & SECONDARY WOUND DRESSING: COVRSITE PLUS Cover Dressing can be used as a primary dressing to dress postoperative and sutured wounds, cuts, and lacerations where levels of exudate are low. It can also be used as a secondary dressing over chronic wounds when used with a primary absorbent dressing. WATERPROOF COMPOSITE DRESSING: COVRSITE PLUS Cover Dressing is a waterproof dressing that provides a single-step alternative to tape and gauze. The waterproof film layer that covers the dressing helps protect the wound from contamination by urine and feces. GENTLE ADHESIVE DRESSING PADS: The gentle adhesive is designed so that the dressing can be changed daily. HOW TO USE: Choose a dressing with a pad size slightly larger than the area of the wound. Remove the first tab from the underside of the dressing. Adhere the exposed adhesive side on one side of the wound. Remove the second tab and adhere the rest of the dressing over the wound. Use as directed.
