The product I received appears to be non-original and of very poor quality. The scent is extremely weak and completely different from the genuine fragrance described on your website. This is not a matter of personal preference — I am very familiar with this perfume and have previously purchased the exact same fragrance from other reputable retailers, so I know very well how it should smell and perform.
Unfortunately, the item delivered does not match the authentic product in terms of scent strength, quality, or longevity, which raises serious concerns about the authenticity of the product being sold on your platform.
Selling products that appear to be counterfeit or misleadingly described is unacceptable and damages customer trust. I expect Carrefour, as a reputable retailer, to ensure that all products sold through its platform are 100% genuine and accurately represented.
