The phone was not new, it was blocked with Pin. Was activated in Samsung 30-10-2025 I I bought it 4-11-2025. Every time I spoke with Carrefour they ask for a new thing to process the refund : The samsung screen shot conversation, latter the oficial Samsung report after sending this the answer is can not be process because need pictures etc etc.
