I have ordered the phone through to APP and thy called me and they said phone not available and offer not any more even the phone was in the APP but price been increased. Really it disappointed to offer something and you didn't fulfill it to the costumer. Amount been deducted from my credit and i wasnt able to buy new one because transaction needs 3days to reverse to the card. I have made a complaint but it seems no one have a look on it.at least for high value products dont deduct any amount from the cards till you sure you able to fulfill with customer. This is the against the consumer right since you offered a product and you deduct the amount you must to deliver it to customer. Very bad experience i didnt expect that from carrefour since i am loyal customer?
