CARNIVOR Beef Protein Isolate provides amino acids from beef protein and contains no fat or cholesterol. It is 350% more concentrated in muscle building amino acids than prime sirloin steak. A clinical study presented at the 2015 International Society of Sport Nutrition conference in Austin, Texas evaluated hard training athletes using CARNIVOR Beef Protein Isolate daily for 8 weeks while exercising 5 days weekly. Participants gained an average of 7.7 pounds of muscle mass and recorded a 6.4% average increase in lean body mass, while the placebo group did not significantly improve body mass from baseline. Muscle mass data was based on male subjects using 2 scoops, providing 46 grams protein, daily. Female subjects also experienced an increase in lean body mass.
