Patanol 0.1% Eye Drops is a sterile ophthalmic solution containing Olopatadine, an antihistamine that reduces the natural chemical histamine in the body. Histamine can produce symptoms of itching or watery eyes. Olopatadine is a relatively selective H1-receptor antagonist and inhibitor of histamine release from the mast cell for topical administration to the eyes.

Tilt your head back slightly and pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket

Hold the dropper above the eye and squeeze a drop into this pocket
