I was scammed; they sent me a different product.

I ordered and paid for a Kenwood Rice Cooker 1.8 litre on 25th January but was delivered a Black and Decker Rice Cooker 0.6 litre on the 29 January. I called the Carrefour Customer Service number and was asked to send an email with photos. I sent this yesterday but still haven’t received any update on when I can expect the correct item to be delivered. I expected better overall service, accurate first time delivery, and a quicker response to correct the error.

Not good the product has a DENT!
