Wrong item sent

Disappointed with the delay in resolving my return/refund issue. It's been almost half a month since I reported the problem, and I'm yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. To recap, I received an item that was incomplete/not as described online, which has added to my frustration.

Wrong item delivered

I received a completely different iron, not like the one in the picture. It has only one hole for steam, the color is off, and it doesn't heat up at all. It's a terrible iron.

Voice control not working , also not original Samsung remote . Poor quality China made .
