The team refused to install the AC. They dumped it and left. Nothing showed that installation was not included when I bought the AC. This is something that should be mentioned. I asked the team to give quotation for installation, but they said they dont do installation. So now I have an AC that the seller refuses to install even for a fee. Never buying from carrefour again. Totally unprofessional.
