When i received the dishwasher i noticed it has a scratch and i showed it to the technician and took picture as a proof. After the installation i noticed that the machine is shaky and not stable. I used it for the first time and chose the program of one hour and a half and i noticed that the remaining time was 18 minutes but the door automatically opened. I called the technician who installed it, he seemed not knowledgeable and advised me to call carefour. I called carefour but their lines were disrupted so i wrote a complain email and requested for a call back but till this moment no call has been received. I read the catalog but there is no note about it. Even i dont know which year model is my machine which is very ridiculous, I thought it should be mentioned somewhere in the catalog and guess what it was chinese manufacturer which i was completely unaware. This is the last time i will ever buy appliance from carefour. Shaky machine with a scratch. Not happy, not satisfied at all.
