Few features not to be seen. No option to shut down the TV. No option for change the display to 4K. I sent a message to New Blue. They didn't respond. I spoke to the Customer service (Eros), the said they will check and revert. So far haven't received any calls from them. Overall after sales service should have been zero star, but there isn't any option to rate that.
