I have no issues with the product itself. It's exactly what I expected. However, the biggest problem was the terrible experience with Carrefour's delivery time after the purchase. The product I bought was not delivered on time. I spoke to two customer service representatives, and they both gave me different information; there is no consistent procedure or system in place. One said the delivery would definitely be made that day, while the other said it would arrive two days later. The online customer service representative also said, “You can contact the seller's number provided by Carrefour to inquire and track it yourself.” I have never experienced such an amateurish and worse online shopping experience in my life. I will never, ever shop online from Carrefour again. I do not recommend it to anyone.
