I received an sms from EROS that said "We have received your order & the DELIVERY / INSTALLATION is scheduled today." But the delivery guys refused to install because his boss wrote "only delivery" on the delivery document, and they said the gas stove was from another branch. If it was really only delivery and no installation, do not send such sms with false infomation. At the end they installed it and the product itself is amazing. Communication between Carrefour and EROS has a big room for improvement.
