Have burning smell when work for more than a minute very weak performance

The bottom part is extremely difficult, almost impossible, to remove and put back on. I have to use scissors, hook the two legs of the scissors in the gaps in the bottom part and twist extremely hard to loosen it. The blades are also quite bad as it doesn't crush ice or frozen fruit at all and leaves chunks. Even with the non-frozen ingredients, it doesn't blend properly and the food is still left nont completely mixed.
