this is very bad experience. i bought this TV and it was delivered but there is no installation. i installed it as per the manual but the TV screen shows blinking lines. and the supplier said this is physical damage during installation so they cannot do anything. as i did install it as per manual's guide without any extra pressure or falling down, so i m sure this is mainly due to the defect or weak design of the product but they said they cannot do anything. this is very disappointing experience and i will never shop via this kind of online shop and i will never buy electronics without installation services and esp. for chinese product. also i want carrefour do something on this matter as i bought this item via carrefore online trusting this is carrefour.. waiting for your quick and responsible action. calvin
