The TV doesn’t have apps icon to add any app I connected Samsung and I have to pay for the technician. I called every single day since I received the TV. and every single person that I spoke with has the same speech. “I am so sorry. I will make sure that a technician will call you in 24hours to come and check the product”. So, not happy with this item.
