No build in android apps

The screen began malfunctioning within a month of purchase, and the issue is being wrongly attributed to accidental physical damage on my part. However, there is no such damage from my side—it clearly appears to be a manufacturer defect or damage incurred during transportation. I’m still in contact with Carrefour customer support to pursue a warranty claim. If they fail to repair or replace the item under warranty, this will be my last purchase from Carrefour. This experience has felt like a significant waste of both time and money.
