My tv has a defect, i want this issue to be resolved asap and the tv replaced.

Not really different picture quality than my 14 years old TV. Delivery took 6 days after my personal follow up with carrefour, supplier and delivery agent. All hide behind SOP, TAT, and ownership level was zero. I regret that I bought through carrefour.
