This laptop is overheating too much while in use. I can’t work continuously, after about 15 minutes of use, I have to stop and let it cool down because it gets very hot underneath. The delivery also did not happen as expected. I usually order products fulfilled by Carrefour because I trust their delivery service. But for the first time with this purchase, I was not comfortable with the delivery process. First, one person contacted me from one phone number for my location, then another person called from a different number asking for the same. Secondly, the delivery person did not check any proof of identity before handing over the item. Normally, for all electronics I purchase, they ask for my ID before delivery. This time, it didn’t happen, meaning anyone could have received it without question. This is not safe for electronics or high-value items.
