I recently received an HP laptop from this supplier, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the laptop itself appears to be new, it arrived in old or previously opened packaging, which raises concerns about product authenticity. Additionally, the charger had visible marks or damage, and one of the screws on the back of the laptop was open, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a new device. I expected a sealed, brand-new product, both in packaging and condition. This experience has left me questioning the supplier’s quality control and handling process. I urge the supplier to improve their packaging standards and product inspection before shipping.
