I ordered a dishwasher that was the wrong size. I only opened the top of the box and now they are telling me they cannot return it. Im still discussing with the team for a solution but this is unacceptable.

One star review is for Carrefour. 1. You cannot change your delivery address from browser, you have to delete all addresses and then add the new one so it becomes default and comes on the invoice/receipt 2. For 3 delivery items (two from the same company) i got 10+ calls from the office staff, drivers etc. asking same questions where to deliver. I'm buying from Carrefour, i don't care about other companies and expect you to handle the delivery process and not receive dozen of calls.
