Sent the wrong item item is no ware close to the model that we ordered

Item was not delivered by E Zone despite progress showed delivered on Carrefour portal. I have file a claim but still under process but seems the seller will always win. i bought this for my daughter as christmas gift but she did not get it. I will wait for some days until investigation fini but i would recommend others to make sure item is delivered with proof.
