They came at almost 10 om to deliver and instal the appliance. Before they changed the delivery date without inform us. Suddenlywe received an email sayingthe date was changed by the customer, not true. I had to call them several times to be sure that they where delivering the day we agreed. I rised a complaint but no one took the responsibility. The person on the phone from carrefour told me thet they are not allowed to come after 8.30 pm for this kind of work, but nothing happened after my last call and complaint. Second time buying a big appliance in carrefour with a very bad experience. The first time the guy came very late too to deliver the dishwasher without installation, despite of we had the installation included in the purchase. A few days later someone called asking if we wer still waiting for the installation.... ridiculous. Very bad experience, very bad customer service
