Extremely disappointed.they sent me a used item instead of a new one. This is unacceptable

Carrefour sent the wrong product. They did not want to replace it, instead insisted on return. Upon immediate request for return, they their picked the product, but not issued the refund yet. Their customer service was lying every day, promising that the refund will be issued by the end of the day, however, they took the maximum amount of time available to issue the refund, and they did not refund the full price. They still kept their service fee.
