Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. When the laptop arrived, the outer cover of the device was damaged — it was dented inward, which indicates poor handling or insufficient packaging. In addition to that, the keyboard only supports English. This was not clearly mentioned in the product description, and in the UAE it is expected that devices support Arabic as well. Because of these issues, I am not satisfied with the product I received. I would like to request your support in resolving this matter, either through an exchange, a return, or any appropriate solution.
