Commiphora Myrrh Resin The thorny shrubs of Commiphora Myrrha, growing wildly and naturally in Somalia, actively produce this resin. When these shrubs are cut, they actively release a pale yellow/white viscous liquid from natural cracks in the bark or fissures. This exudation naturally hardens into a reddish-yellow mass when air-dried, often containing white patches. We actively produce it in three grades depending on the environment in which it grows.
