On the Rugged Borders of Poetry

I have renounced the dull affiliations. I’m searching for a new adventure. I shook off my prejudices. I burned the old novels. My steps toward the unknown tomorrow are a river Overcoming the stubborn rock of yesterday. The gates of the city are behind my back. I do not turn, and a fierce storm rages. And I go, then I go, then I go on To the distant gateway of the soul.
