We learned that the response comes to the extent of the power of the influential act, and that the active influence yields the effectiveness of the person affected by it. Effective leadership of the organization results in the effectiveness of its performance. Effective leadership is achieved by taking courageous decisions to ward off harm, and with dedication to bring interests, and this results in effective performance, which is the performance of the right actions in a correct manner.
