Service Provider
The Qurbani service, including all post-purchase communication and coordination, is provided exclusively by Zabehaty. By confirming the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that their contact information will be shared with Zabehaty for the purpose of order processing, delivery coordination, and related customer communication.
Animal Sourcing & Preparation
All animals are sourced, slaughtered, prepared, and delivered in full compliance with Islamic principles and approved guidelines.
Delivery
Delivery will take place during Eid al-Adha. Customers will be contacted within 2 days of booking to confirm their preferred delivery date and timeslot.
Pre-Order Deadline
Pre-orders will close on 23 May, or earlier if booking capacity is reached.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All orders are final. Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations, modifications, or refunds will not be accepted.
