Really disappointed with this purchase. I received the wrong item and tried to report it through Carrefour’s WhatsApp chat, but only a bot kept replying, no real person to help. Then I tried their website, but it kept showing errors every time. Finally, I sent an email and just got an automated reply saying they’ll get back to me, but no actual response so far. Poor customer service and very frustrating experience.
