At first, the moisture is absorbed by the white pellets until they start breaking down & water drips to the lower container. If you don't see water collecting after 2 weeks in the container, this generally means there is no excess moisture in the air of the space you have placed the product. HOW LONG DOES IT LAST? This product works until the natural mineral pellets absorbing moisture in the air fully break down by converting to water. The product can remain active between 30 and 60 days, depending on the space's size and dampness.
