Cooking Instructions:

• Low/Medium Heat: For best cooking results, use low to medium heat.
• Avoid Overheating: Do not exceed temperatures of 200-240°C (as indicated on the packaging for each specific range).
  Note: Cast aluminum is an excellent heat conductor, but excessive heat can damage the coating.
• Do Not Overheat When Empty: Never heat the pot when it’s empty, as this may cause damage.
• Purpose: This pot is designed for cooking only.
  Do not use it for storing food for extended periods, especially aggressive foods that can damage the coating.

Care Instructions:

• Utensils: Use only wooden or nylon utensils. Avoid cutting food directly in the pot.
• Cleaning: After use, allow the pot to cool, then clean it with hot, soapy water and dry thoroughly.
• Avoid Harsh Detergents: Use gentle dishwashing products, as strong chemicals may damage the coating. Handwashing is recommended.
• Color Change: A slight change in the color of the coating inside the pot is normal and does not affect its performance or quality.
