Care and Use Instructions

1. First Use:
   Before using the pan for the first time, wash in hot, soapy water, dry thoroughly, and season with oil or butter.

2. Optimal Cooking Temperature:
   Use low to medium heat for best results. Avoid overheating the pan (maximum 200-240°C as indicated). Cast aluminum conducts heat efficiently, and excessive heat can damage the non-stick coating. Never heat the pan when it’s empty.

3. Usage Guidelines:
   The pan is for cooking only. Do not store food in it, as certain foods may damage the coating. Use only wooden or nylon utensils, and avoid cutting food in the pan.

4. Cleaning:
   After use, allow the pan to cool. Clean it with hot, soapy water and dry thoroughly. Hand washing is recommended, as harsh detergents may damage the product. A slight change in color of the coating does not affect its quality or performance.

5. Oven Safety:
   Bakelite handles and lid knobs are oven-safe up to 180-240°C (check packaging for limits). Pans without plastic parts are also oven-safe. Always use oven gloves or cotton holders when handling hot items.

6. Compatibility with Cooktops:
   LIFE SMILE products are compatible with all cooktops: gas, electric, ceramic, halogen hobs, and are oven-safe.
