Care and Use Instructions

1. Initial Preparation:

   • Before using the pan for the first time, wash it in hot soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly. Lightly season with oil or butter.

2. Cooking Guidelines:

   • Use low to medium heat for optimal cooking results.
   • Never exceed a maximum temperature of 200-240°C, as indicated on the packaging. Continuous overheating can damage the coating.

3. Safe Usage:

   • Do not heat the pan when it is empty.
   • The pan is designed solely for cooking; avoid using it for storing food for longer periods, as certain aggressive ingredients can harm the coating.

4. Utensils:

   • Only use wooden or nylon utensils to prevent scratching. Avoid cutting food directly in the pan.

5. Cleaning:

   • After use, allow the pan to cool slightly before cleaning it with hot soapy water. Thoroughly dry the pan after washing.
   • Avoid aggressive detergents, and hand washing is recommended.

6. Coating Changes:

   • A slight color change of the coating does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.

Compatibility

LIFE SMILE products are suitable for all types of cookers, including gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen hobs, as well as ovens. The Bakelite handles and knobs on the lids are ovenproof up to 180-240°C (please follow the indications on the product packaging).
