Initial Preparation:
Before using the pan for the first time, wash it in hot soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and lightly season with oil or butter. -
Cooking Temperature:
Use low to medium heat for optimal cooking results. Never exceed the maximum temperature of 200-240°C as indicated on the packaging. Continuous overheating can damage the coating, as cast aluminum is an excellent conductor of heat. -
Empty Pan Warning:
Do not heat the pan when it's empty. -
Cooling and Cleaning:
After use, allow the pan to cool before cleaning it with hot soapy water. Dry it thoroughly afterward. -
Detergent Caution:
Avoid using aggressive detergents, as they may damage the product. Hand washing is recommended. -
Color Change:
A slight change in the coating color does not negatively impact the product’s quality or effectiveness. -
Handle Safety:
Bakelite handles and knobs are ovenproof up to 180-240°C. Follow the instructions on the packaging for best results. -
Oven Compatibility:
Saucepans and fry pans without plastic parts are suitable for oven use. Always use kitchen gloves or cotton holders when handling hot products. -
