Capsicums or bell peppers are aptly called by their characteristically large bell shape. They commonly come in various colors of green, red, yellow, orange and even purple. To store Mixed Capsicums, rinse properly and dry thoroughly with a kitchen cloth to avoid moisture. Place it in a plastic bag and refrigerate in the fruits and vegetable drawer. Sliced capsicums must be used at once, anyhow, if storing for later use, wrap it in paper towels and place in a container. It will be good for 2 days.
