1 tablespoon of al alali Corn Flour delivers the same thickness of 2 tablespoons of flour
MUHALABIA -Boil one liter of milk, add sugar to taste. - Mix 3 tablespoons of al alali CornFlour with 25ml of cold milk until smooth - Pour the mixture to the boiled milk and stir - Add 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water , boil the milk for 2-3 minutes stirring constantly. - Serve hot or cold
FOOD FOR BABIES Boil 250ml, add sugar to taste Mix 3 teaspoons of al alali Corn Flour with 2 tablespoons of cold water until smooth Pour the mixture to the boiled milk and stir. Boil the milk for 2-3 minutes until mix becomes creamy.
GRAVIES AND SAUCES Mix 1 tablespoon of al alali Corn Flour with 25ml of cold water until smooth. Gradually add mixture to gravy or sauce until blended completely stirring constantly, boil for 1 minute.
