Avalon Avomeb ointment is herbal ointment designed to address skin conditions such as burns, wounds and skin ulcers. It is formulated with herbal ingredient beta sitosterol 0.25% w/w which reduces the body fluid loss from the damaged skin and soothes wounds and burns. Avalon Avomeb Ointment has been developed for providing Moist Exposed Burn Therapy (MEBT) which is a Chinese medical practice to expose the wound to a physiological moist environment to increase natural healing processes, whereby keratinocytes migration, angiogenesis and interaction with growth factors are facilitated. It provides optimum physiological moisture necessary for regeneration of the skin and repair.
