This gentle foaming makeup remover cleanser contains Vitamin E, which leaves your skin feeling fresh, silky, and moisturized. The soap-free solution, which contains Safflower Oil and Vitamin E, is also fragrance- and color-free, and effectively removes make-up while moisturising the skin as you cleanse. QV Face Wash is a gentle, pH balanced product for normal, dry, or sensitive skin. Safflower oil refills the skin's natural moisture level, improving skin suppleness and reducing the appearance of fine line and wrinkles. Safflower Oil is an occludent moisturiser that helps to reduce the effects of moisture loss. Safflower oil's main fatty acid is linoleic acid, which possesses anti-inflammatory, acne-fighting, and skin-renewing properties.
